(7)The height of a building shall not exceed one and half times the width of the street immediately in front of it plus the open space in front of that building provided that this height may be exceeded at the extent of 3 feet for every 1 foot by which the corresponding portion of the building is set back from the street.Explanation. - The height of building referred to in this sub-rule shall be reckoned from the level of the crown of the street immediately in front of the building.
