Section 63(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)The Market Committee may form a Sub-Committee of not more than three of its members for each or any of the market yards or for any other purpose, as the case may be for the day to day working of the Committee and may delegate any of its powers to such Sub-Committee or Sub-Committees.
