Section 12 in The Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

12. Issue of duplicate licence.

[Section 28(2)(c)]. - When a duplicate licence is issued it shall be clearly stamped "DUPLICATE" in red ink and shall be marked with the date of issue of the duplicate and the seal of the duplicate licence.
