Section 2(1)(Li) in Jammu and Kashmir Minor Mineral Concession, Storage, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2016

(Li)"Producer" means any person carrying on the business of extracting, producing or collecting minerals or mineral aggregates in raw or processed form including the licensee of a registered metal mineral unit, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of the Act or rules made there under ;
