14. Imposing conditions on an industry to which State Aid is granted.
(1)The State Government may, before granting State Aid to any industry or during the continuance of any State Aid so granted, impose such conditions as may in its opinion be necessary or expedient to safeguard its interests by securing the training of apprentices.(2)Any condition imposed under sub-section (1) shall be notified.
