Section 49(2) in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
(2)Such agreement shall be called a submission and a copy of every such submission shall be sent to the Registrar who shall record it in the register to be maintained for the purpose and inform the parties of the date of registration:Provided that if no person is named in the submission the arbitrator shall be Labour Court, the Industrial Court or a Board as the Government may direct.
