346. Recommendation for mercy.
- In a case in which the Court makes a recommendation to the State Government for the exercise of the prerogative of mercy, copy of the Court's judgment together with a copy of the judgment of the Court below shall be forwarded to the State Government along with a letter setting out the recommendation. Where a printed paper-book has been prepared, a copy of such paper-book shall also be forwarded along with the letter.
