Section 93(4) in Tamil Nadu Non-Trading Companies Rules, 1981
(4)Every application or petition shall be verified by an affidavit and every such affidavit shall be in Form No. 18 in Appendix A. In the case of a company such verification shall be made by the authorised representative of the company.
