Section 56(viii) in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004
(viii)The auction holder shall not carry on quarrying operation within a distance of 50 meters from any public road, public building, temple, reservoir, dam, burial ground, railway track, etc and nor cause any damage to public and private property.
