Section 2(a) in Bihar Essential Articles (Display of Prices and Stocks) Order, 1977
(a)"Articles" means any essential commodity mentioned in Schedules I and II appended to this Order and includes any other article to be declared so from time to time, by the State Government or the Commissioner or the District Magistrate empowered by the State Government in this behalf:
