Section 2(h) in The Appellate Tribunal for Petroleum and Natural Gas (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2009
(h)"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Appellate Tribunal and includes the Deputy Registrar of the Appellate Tribunal to whom the power and functions of the Registrar may be delegated or assigned by the Chairperson from time to time;
