Section 17(ii) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
(ii)Performance Certificate - The contractors desiring renewal will have to submit the detail of work done by them during the period of registration/ previous renewal and their overall performance of work with respect to quality, quantity and their behaviour during the period of construction.This certificate should be from the concerned Executive Engineers and where the contractors have worked. If they have not done any work during a particular year they will have to submit affidavit of such content.
