Section 166(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Every employer shall ensure that at a construction site of building or other construction work where an excavation or tunneling work is being carried on, a register of employment of building workers carrying out such excavation or tunneling work, is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
