Section 3(5) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
| (i) Executive Officer, Municipal Board | - Chairperson; |
| (ii) Dy. Superintendent of police or hisrepresentative not below the rank of SHO of the local area | - Member; |
| (iii) Three representatives of street vendors(one shall be women) duly elected by street venders in the mannerlaid down in these rules | - Member; |
