60. Annual Report.
- The Authority shall prepare after the end of each year (ending on the 31st day of March), a report of its activities during the previous year and submit it to the State Government before the 30th day of September. The State Government shall cause to be laid on the table of the House of the State Legislature such annual report including the statement of accounts.CHAPTER- X Powers to Levy Certain Charges
