Section 43(1) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)Every employer shall furnish to an Inspector such information as the Inspector may require for the purpose of satisfying himself whether any provision of the Act or of the rules made thereunder has been, or is being, duly carried out.
