Section 28 in Gujarat Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1963
28. Power of Collector to be exercised by other officer.- The State Government may, by general or special order, direct that the powers exercisable or the functions to be performed by the Collector under sections 21 to 27 (both inclusive) may be exercised and performed by such officer as may be specified in the order.
