Section 36(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)The State Government may, if it considers necessary so to do, by order published in the Official Gazette, extend or modify from time to time the period of supersession which shall in no case in aggregate exceed three years.
