“That this House approves the Proclamation issued by the President on the 19th January, 2009 under article 356 of the Constitution in relation to the State of Jharkhand.” “That the respective sums not exceeding the amounts on Revenue Account and Capital Account shown in the third column of the Order Paper be granted to the President of India, out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jharkhand, on account, for or towards defraying the charges during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 2010, in respect of the heads of Demands entered in the second column thereof against Demand Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 12, 15 to 27, 29 to 33, 35 to 44 and 46 to 52. ” * Moved with the Recommendation of the President MR.
