1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking directions against the Order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned DRT-III, New Delhi. The main writ petition has already been disposed of on 11.02.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present application. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the same is allowed.
3. In view of the aforesaid request, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
