Section 7(2) in The West Bengal Mazdoor, Tindal, Loader, Godownman And Other Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Welfare) Act, 1981
(2)The person so appointed shall be deemed to constitute the Board under section 6, and shall exercise all the powers and discharge all the duties conferred and imposed on the Board by or under this Act. He shall continue in office until the day immediately preceding the date of the first meeting of the Board as constituted under section 6.
