Section 2(25) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
(25)"Teacher" means [a Principal, Professor, Associate Professor, Reader, Assistant Professor] [Word substituted for the words 'a Professor, Principal, Reader, Lecturer' by W.B. Act 12 of 2011.] or any other person holding a whole-time teaching post, appointed or recognized by the University or appointed by an affiliated college or institution;
