Section 1 in Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act, 2007.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its notification published in the Official Gazette.
