(7)The term of each Central Board of Studies shall be three years from the date of publication of the notification under sub-section (6) :Provided that the Central Board of Studies shall continue to perform its functions and duties for a further period of six months or till the date of notification of constitution of new Central Board of Studies is published whichever is earlier.
