Section 12 in The School of Planning and Architecture Act, 2014
12. Authorities of Schools.
- The following shall be the authorities of a School, namely:-(a)a Board of Governors;(b)a Senate; and(c)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the School.
