Section 21(g) in The Punjab Warehouses Rules, 1958
(g)all goods received for storage in warehous shall be measured in cubic feet (length, breadth and height) or weighed as the case may be, and such weight or measure shall be duly stenciled on each container or labelled on each stack showing the date and quantity of weight or measure;
