13. Rule 6 & 7 not to apply to minor minerals.
- Notwithstanding any thing contained in these Rules, in respect of minor minerals, the provisions of Rules 54 & 68 of the Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1986, related with illegal mining, storage and transportation shall be applicable in place d Rules 6 & 7 of these Rules.Government of Rajasthan Mines & Geology DepartmentForm No. 1[See Rule 4(1)](Application for Registration as a Dealer)
