RSA No.227 of 2015 & CMP No.12289 of 2015 When this case was taken up for consideration, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that it will be in the interest of justice in case the appeal as well as application filed under Order 39, Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure are heard together finally.
As prayed for, list the appeal as well as aforesaid application for final consideration on 28.04.2022. On the said date of hearing, endeavour shall be made to hear the appeal as well as application finally.
