An inspection of documents undertaken by any applicant shall be carried out under the supervision of an official of the High Court and strict vigil shall be kept at the time of inspection so as to ensure that neither any document is removed nor tampered with during the course of inspection. The Officer-in-charge of the Copying Section, under whose authority, supervision, and control, inspection shall be carried out. shall ensure that an Officer not below the rank of Section Officer is made responsible for every individual inspection to be undertaken by any applicant.Chapter-XV Deposit and Repayment of Money
