Information sought:-
The appellant has sought the following information regarding roll no. 3016709461 of PAPER II held on 31/08/2013:-
1. Provide the certified copy of the computer typing sheet and computer data entry sheet of the above said roll no.
2. Provide the details of the computer typing test as per following format:-
(A) GROSS TYPING SPEED-------w.p.m (B) NET TYPING SPEED----------w.p.m. (C) Computer Typing Test Obtains Marks-----
3. Provide the procedure of allotting the marks in computer typing test.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

The following were present Appellant: Mr. Devendra Kumar through VC Respondent: Mr. A P Asthana CPIO's representative CPMG Office The appellant stated that he has not received the complete information The CPIO's representative stated that the remaining information has been collected from M/s. CMC Ltd which had conducted the examination and has been mailed to the appellant on 11/05/2015. The Page 1 of 2 appellant stated that he has not received any such letter. The CPIO's representative stated that the letter is probably in transit; however, he will supply a copy by registered post.

As stated by the CPIO's representative he should supply copy of letter dated 11/05/2015 by registered post forthwith.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
