Section 27 in Gujarat Biotechnology University Act, 2018
27. Delegation of powers.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and regulations, any officer or authority of the University may, by order, delegate his or its powers (except the power to make regulations) to any other officer or authority under his or its control.
