Section 57(3)(a) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(a)The University shall employ on such terms as may be determined by the State Government all members of the teaching staff and other servants of the State Government who, immediately before the date of the publication of the said order, were serving in, or were attached to, that college ;
