Section 17(1) in Kerala Fishermen's and Allied Workers Welfare Cess Act, 2007
(1)Any dealer, who fails to furnish a return under this Act, or has furnished incorrect particulars shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
