(3)[ Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to the tenancy of any land held by a permanent tenant unless by the conditions of such tenancy, the tenancy is liable to be terminated on any of the grounds mentioned in the said sub-section.] [Sub-section (3) was inserted by Schedule III, Clause 11.]
