36. Quorum of Meeting of Board of Research.
- The quorum for meetings Pf the Board of Research shall be one third of the members of the Board of Research. If there is no quorum at the commencement of the meeting, the Chairman shall at the expiration of a half an hour take notice whether there are one third of total number of members excluding "vacancies", present, and if there are not, the meeting shall forthwith be adjourned to such a date as the Chairman may decide. Such adjournment shall be recorded by the nominee of the Registrar under the signature of the Chairman:Provided that in the case of an adjourned meeting, no quorum will be required.
