Section 24(3) in The Cotton Textiles (Control) Order, 1948
(3)No person acting as a commission agent in respect of a sale of cloth or yarn to which sub-clause (2) applies shall receive a commission which exceeds 1/2 per cent. of the maximum price of the cloth or yarn the subject matter of such sale.
