2. Learned counsel for respondents has placed before us a copy of the communication dated 15.3.2017, which reads:-
' In accordance with the O.M No.A 11012/11/2011 EG dated 19th Dec 2016, the details of temporary posts viz, Project/Grade based contract employees on scale of pay and contract employees on consolidated pay, of the like of applicant(s), existing for more than three years in CDAC is prepared by Corporate Office, and is being forwarded to Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor (AS&FA) of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for further necessary action as specified in the said O.M. '
3. It is stated that 19.3.2017 is the cut off date. The proposal as stated above shall be forwarded so as to reach in the Office of the Financial Adviser before 19.3.2017. The Original Application is disposed of as above.
No costs.
4. Issue a copy of this order to learned counsel for both parties today itself.
