11. General disqualification of officers and employees.
- No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract by or on behalf of the Board or in any employment under, by or on behalf of the Board, otherwise than as an officer or employee thereof, shall be eligible to be appointed or continue as an officer or employee of the Board.
