Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings pending further to the order dated 2.1.2015 (taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC passed by the Special Judge (PC Act) CBI, District Court (South West), Dwarka, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant there to, in CBI Case No.01/12 R.C.No.BD-1/2005/e/2003/CBI/BS & FC/N.Delhi pending disposal of the present writ petition.
