Section 1 in The Orissa Private Ferries Rules, 1954

(a)These rules may be called the Orissa Private Ferries Rules, 1954.(b)They shall come into force at once and shall apply to the district of Sambalpur except the Sub-divisions of Deogarh, Kuchinda and Rairakhol.
