Section 20(4) in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
(4)A member of the Court shall cease to be a member if he resigns or becomes of unsound mind, or becomesinsolvent or is convicted of a criminal offence involving moral turpitude;
