Section 75 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
75. Limitation in respect of canals.
- Except as may be prescribed, no person other than the Canal-Officer shall-(a)interfere with or divert the course of a natural stream; or(b)construct any earthern or massonary bund or weir on any channel or stream, flowing above or below any water-course.
