Section 11(iii) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(iii)The Screening Committee referred to in sub-section (2) shall consist of three members of whom one shall be nominated by the Chancellor, one by the Executive Council, and one by the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Government of Bihar. The member nominated by Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Government of Bihar shall be the convener of the Committee;
