Section 1 in Nagaland Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1978
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Nagaland Interpretation and General Clauses, Act, 1978.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of December, 1963.
