(2)All Ordinances made by the [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall take effect from such date as may direct, but every Ordinance so made shall be submitted as soon as may be, after it is made, to the Chancellor.
