(16)The licensed premises shall be opened only for the entry or exit of persons who have business therein and authorised to be there in connection with such business. Others may enter only with permission of the officer-in-charge. The officer-in-charge shall have the right to make a person leave the premises if he is engaged in riotous behaviour or commit any offence. He shall also have the right to get the person searched before leaving the premises.
