Section 31(2) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(2)If any dispute arises in the course of business under this Act between persons operating in the market, any person who is party to the dispute may refer it to the market committee and the decision of the market committee, subject to the provisions of subsection (3), shall be final.
