Section 5(12) in Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004
(12)The ration cardholder shall be entitled to draw essential commodities from a Fair Price Shop within her/his eligibility. It is not necessary for the card holder to lift the entire quantity of food grains/other commodity that she/he is entitled for in one installment but can do so in a number of installments.
