1. Jurisdiction ordinarily exercised by Division Court of two Judges.
- The Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction of the Court shall, except is cases where it is otherwise provided for by any law inforce or by these rules, be exercised by a Division Court consisting of two or more Judges.
