Section 1 in High Court Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules shall be called the Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, 2007.(2)These Rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette.
